Affordable For-Rent Housing Development
Honokowai Kau Hale is an existing affordable for rent housing development in Lahaina that was originally built in 1990. The property was extensively renovated in 2021 through 2022. The interior renovations for 184 residential units replaced existing finishes and made ADA upgrades to several units. Code upgrades to existing plumbing systems were done and all new water sense fixtures were installed.
The property is just one of a handful of affordable workforce housing in Lahaina, we’re thankful to have been a part of providing some much-needed upgrades to the units.
