Affordable For-Sale Residential Development
Hale Kaiola is a 40 unit affordable for sale residential development in Kihei. The project consists of 12 two-bedroom units and 28 three-bedroom units. The DWV PVC plumbing systems were pre-fabricated offsite. Framing layouts provided by Truss Systems Hawaii were overlayed with our plumbing shop drawings. This coordination eliminated any conflict between our plumbing risers and stud placement on pre-fabricated wall panels. This project demonstrated that pre-fabrication and coordination is essential to bring costs down on affordable home construction. This project will be completed in August of 2023 and is a great example of how quality affordable housing for sale can be built affordably.
