Plumbing + Fire Protection
Hawaii’s first Chic-Fil-A restaurant! This project launched in 2022 and was completed in only 8 months. Ceiling spaces were highly congested with MEP elements. Utilizing the project designer’s BIM model, Maui Plumbing led the MEP coordination effort by running clash detection and which set the routing pathways and elevations for MEP subs. Project scope included both plumbing and fire protection systems.
